1. Description of Service
IronStreak is a workout tracking application for iOS that helps you log exercises, track personal records, maintain workout streaks, and build consistent gym habits. The app is available as a free download with an optional premium subscription (IronStreak Pro) that unlocks additional features.
2. Subscriptions
IronStreak Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
Apple's standard subscription terms apply and govern all payment transactions. We have no access to your payment information.
3. No Medical or Fitness Advice
IronStreak is a logging and tracking tool only. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, fitness advice, or a substitute for professional guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
You exercise entirely at your own risk. IronStreak is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health outcome resulting from the use of this app.
4. User Content
You may create custom exercises, personal notes, and workout routines within the app. All such content is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any subscription or licensing mechanism
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding within IronStreak — including the name, logo, and exercise library — are the property of IronStreak and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
IronStreak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IronStreak and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of IronStreak after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
